COTTON DIEM ships Australia wide and internationally to New Zealand, The United States of America, Canada, and The United Kingdom.
Our service is Authority to Leave- if it is safe to do so, the courier will leave the package in a safe place at your premises. If you do not want us to ship with Authority to Leave please contact us via email sales@cottondiem.com.au before placing your order so we can give appropriate instructions to our shipping carrier.
Sometimes Australia Post will not leave if it is not safe to do so. Your order will then be sent to the nearest Australia Post location for collection. Australia Post will leave a collection card instructing where to collect. We ask that you also check your tracking link that was sent when your order was dispatched.
If you do not collect your parcel within 10 working business days from Australian Post it will be returned to us. You will need to pay the shipping fee again to have it resent to you.
Dispatch:
COTTON DIEM uses Australia Post and StarTrack. We offer standard and express shipping options at checkout.
Orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days and generally delivered within 7-10 business days.
There can be the occasional delays which may extend past 10 business days due to peak periods and natural disasters. COTTON DIEM is based in Brisbane, Queensland and does not work on public holidays.
Wholesale / bulk orders
For large / bulk orders we use a range of shipping companies. Please contact us for bulk wholesale orders shipping costs.
Tracking:
COTTON DIEM sends a tracking number once your order has been shipped. Please enter your mobile number and email address at checkout to receive tracking notifications.
IMPORTANT: If you do not enter your email address you will not receive confirmation notifications.
Change of address
We cannot be held responsible for an incorrect address being entered on your order. Please ensure your delivery address in correct at checkout.
If you notice an incorrect delivery address has been entered after your order is finalised, please contact us via email sales@cottondiem.com.au during business hours (9:00am – 5:00pm AEST Monday – Friday) immediately.
We will attempt to update any incorrect order details, however due to the fast turnaround of our warehouse, some orders cannot be adjusted.

INTERNATIONAL
Dispatch:
International orders are charged at a variable rate depending on package weight, dimensions and destination. Please allow for 7 working days to dispatch your order.
Orders are processed and generally delivered within 10-15 business days. Please note that due to limited flights there may be delays for some international deliveries.
Duties and taxes:
All orders outside of Australia will be sent DDU (Delivery Duty Unpaid) basis, and duties and taxes may be payable upon arrival in your country. These charges are determined by your local customs authority and include;
- The Sales Tax applied by your country for purchases from Australia; and
- Duties charged for processing by your country.
We are unable to estimate the amount of duties and taxes your package will incur as these charges are imposed directly by your local customs.
All taxes and customs charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the cost of the order or shipping charge.
Payment of these is necessary to release your order from customs. We suggest contacting your local customs office if you are unsure of the applicable taxes and customs fees that are relevant to you.
In the event that import taxes and duties are not paid on arrival at the destination country and the shipment is refused by the receiver, COTTON DIEM will request the freight carrier to return the goods. Upon receipt of the returned goods, the purchaser will receive a refund of the item/s less any return freight costs incurred by COTTON DIEM.
Tracking:
International orders will receive a tracking number via email once the order has been shipped.
